At Still Light Therapy, I offer Individual Therapy & Self-Exploration, Somatic Healing & Nervous System Support, and Reiki & Energy Healing, all are currently available online for your ease and comfort. Each session is designed to honor the whole you—mind, body, and spirit—providing a gentle space to release what no longer serves you, restore balance, and reconnect with your authentic self. Through compassionate guidance, somatic awareness, and energy-based practices, you’ll be supported on a path of growth, clarity, and healing.
